“I haven't been to Canada since the Covid shut down. This was the first time back. I was surprised at how high the prices went up. Some favorite items were no longer available. But my favorite chips and cookies were there just a higher price. Very clean and well stocked. Great selection of frozen foods and friendly check outs.“

“Went there for Ice Capps, the person behind the counter was rudely said their machine was broken. There was no sign on the door stating that it was, so not sure why the person was so mad about us asking for them. Love Tim Hortons so just won't go back to this particular location“

“Discovered Sugar & Slice at the Grimsby Market and we are definitely repeat customers. The peach crumble pie is amazing, yummy cheddar scones are perfect with a bowl of soup, and the magic squares are moist and delicious. But the best by far are the ooey-gooey, fabulous buttertarts. Great quality and value for all the products. Michelle also did a custom ladybug cake (chocolate/vanilla layers) and the most adorable ladybug sugar cookies that everyone raved about.“

“What a wonderfull bakery/pizza kitchen! I visited this weekend and as soon as we stepped through the door, we LOVED the decor and how cute it was in there! The bakery had many BEAUTIFUL cupcakes and desserts displayed. They also offer tea and fresh juice! The cupcakes and brownie we tried where absolutely wonderful! It was nice to see others recieving their orders of handmade pizza ( looked AMAZING, haven't tried yet) and seeing how sweet and kind the owners are. We will most definitely be back! Love supporting such a wonderful small business!!!“

“Very few places nail every part of the experience but this place does. Food was amazing. They mill their own flower in house and you can see them do it. The baked goods are fresh and delicious. The coffee was some of the best I’ve had. The service was top shelf. They had a line on a busy Saturday morning but they moved it quickly and it never affected the quality of the service“

“Full disclosure I live out of town now. When I lived in the 716 every time I needed a birthday cake, I got one from here. When my girlfriend wanted something sweet, I got it from here. It's mandatory we get something from here when we visit. The mallow cup pie is a must, along with any of their different flavors of cheesecake.“

“I (finally!) stopped in to pick up a few cupcakes to try. They were the most delicious cupcakes I had ever eaten! Cupcakes tend to be on the dry side or almost oily to avoid dryness, but these…THESE!! They were light and airy, perfectly moist with delicious flavor. The combinations were impeccably chosen. I typically prefer the cake part and usually scrape off excessive frosting, but these were perfectly proportioned! Surprisingly, my favorite was the strawberry crunch (reminiscent of those ice cream bars)—I normally side with chocolatey treats so it was quite a shock. What a great addition to the Hertel neighborhood!“

“I was buying baklava from stores that was packaged and was prolly packaged loooong ago! I discovered حلويات و مأكولات بلاد الشام on Facebook and had to go check it out! The owners were so nice and had me sample it! I loved it and how fresh it is too!! Baked fresh! I shared it with my friends and family! They all agree and I’m sure they’ll be going there too for a good taste!“
