“We went to the Embrun location yesterday with friends and my gosh. These are delicious burgers! Beats The Works 100% I have to be honest, when we saw another burger joint go up in Embrun we over looked it. But our friends kept talking to us about it and we all went. BEST burgers in town!! Love the creativity and flavours. I don’t even care for burgers usually…but I already have my next burger planned out!“

“TLDR: The cutest bulldog shaped stuffed waffles! The apple cinnamon and Nutella waffles were nicely stuffed, but the pizza waffles were too light on the cheese. When I saw The Bulldog Cafe on Google Maps, I knew I had to go there! They are a food truck and their specialty is waffles shaped like bulldog faces. How cute is that?!? My first visit was just with my mom to check it out. Waffles are $5.99 each, but if you buy 4 it's $22.99. We got 4. I wanted the pepperoni pizza waffle, but they were out of pepperoni, so I got a cheese pizza waffle and an apple cinnamon waffle. My mom decided to get the same, lol. The lady working there, I suspect is the owner, and she was lovely. She brought out a box filled with activities to entertain us while we waited, lol. There was a dog-themed card game, some crayons, colouring books and more, lol. We just walked around, but these activities would be great for kids! They have a colourful picnic table and a smaller kids' picnic table next to the food truck. They also have some bulldog shaped planters around the food truck. The decor is adorable! The waffles themselves were good. We really enjoyed the apple cinnamon ones. They had plenty of apple chunks as the filling and was topped with cinnamon sugar. The cheese pizza one was good, but too light on the cheese. The waffles had a nice texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. She gave us a loyalty card where you buy 8 you get the 9th one free. We were halfway to getting a free one :) I knew my little nieces would love this place, so on my second visit, I brought them with my mom and I. They both love Nutella, so they wanted the Nutella waffle and got one each. My younger niece only wanted one waffle, but my older niece wanted 2, so she also got an apple cinnamon one. We were going to get the cheesecake waffle for my mom and I but they ran out, so we got a Tiramisu waffle instead. And with the purchase of those 4, we filled up our loyalty card, so for my free one, I got the pepperoni pizza waffle that I wasn't able to get on my first visit. The girls loved their Nutella waffles. They were filled with so much Nutella. The Tiramisu waffle had a strong Tiramisu flavour and we enjoyed it. I was hoping the pepperoni pizza waffle would have more cheese this time, but again it had very little cheese :( It was mostly just pepperoni and tomato sauce. I should have tried another flavour, lol. My nieces loved the activity box and they enjoyed our little outing. I would definitely recommend this place for kids. The food truck is in the parking lot where Apple Saddlery is. There are 2 other food trucks in the same parking lot. Lots of free parking.“

“We each got a poutine and a cheeseburger (with everything), very very good. Fries fresh, not old oil deep fried flavour or texture. Poutine is layered with awesome curds and gravy, not just on the top. Cheeseburger patty is lightly seasoned and juicy, veg was fresh, sautéed onions. Delicious, food didn’t look or feel greasy at all. Chip wagon employees were very friendly too!“

“Though they only have two vegetarian options (the cauliflower asada fries and the cauliflower torta), both are absolutely delicious! The fries here are absolute perfection! Though it's around $20 for a sandwich, the portion is very generous.I would highly recommend making a reservation, especially for weekend evenings. The restaurant has very limited seating, especially for groups larger than 2.“

“First time here and it was excellent . Definitely recommend going. The food was great and the service as well really friendly :) If you love lots of cheese and sauce on your poutine it’s the place to go. They don’t cheap out! We tried the outrageous burger and the cheese stick burger they are to die for!“

“Tried Falafel on Wheels for the first time today. Before my visit here, I thought I truly enjoyed falafels … well, this food truck made me ADORE them even more!!! First of all, Falafel on Wheels definitely takes pride in their AMAZING customer service. The owner/employee today was there to answer our questions and even allow us to have a falafel sampler, how generous and kind!!! The prices were SO reasonable ! And the food ? what can I say : FRESH (everything made to order), authentic, crispy and packed FULL of flavour! This will definitely not be our last time here! “We wish we had more reasons to hire Merry Dairy’s ice cream truck after hiring them to serve ice cream at our wedding. The truck added such a fun element to the evening, and guests loved the surprise and opportunity to stretch their legs while grabbing their dessert. Merry Dairy was exceptional and super easy to work with. They were flexible, reliable, and the staff serving ice cream was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They had a vegan option, too, which especially our guests with dietary restrictions really appreciated. Their ice cream is delicious! Please do yourselves a favour and eat Merry Dairy ice cream.“
