Don’t try and order a decaffeinated coffee here. Tasted awful and staff was not happy when I brought it back. Not worth losing a customer over a $2 coffee A&W!

Drive through extremely slow for breakfast - even if you’re the only customer there. Better to avoid disappointment and drive down the block to the McDonald’s instead.

Very Bad service. I have experienced twice. First Time they gave me beef in chicken burger.2nd time they ask me to wait for a minutes on drive through order (order was Chicken Buddy Burger). But no one comes out till 15 minutes to Give me order. And finally, they come out after wait of 15 minutes with Cold Burgers. Please increase your staff .

Waited almost 30 mins for food while they serve customer after customer that had ordered after me no apologies then put mayo on a burger I asked for no mayo on due to allergies and they were gonna just going to wipe it off until I demanded there was absolutely no mayo…to busy try to do there end of shift tasks to close up early which happens often

Stopped at this A&W driving through town and picked up couple sandwiches. Service was quick and the young man serving was very polite and helpful. I had the chicken sandwich and I have to say it was very very good.. better than the chick-fil-a one I had recently. The Burger is also good. But was very surprised with the Chicken sandwich. Good visit.
