The last 3 times I've been to this location they keep putting mustard on the bacon king and i hate mustard that's why I get that burger and they keep messing up my order

It was Whopper Wednesday, and I really wanted to try the plant based whopper. It was delicious. To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much, I was pleasantly surprised. I was hot and fresh and tasted like the whopper I remember. I'd definitely go back.Vegetarian options: The best veggi burger I've had! I highly recommend the veggi whopper!

Absolutely terrible customer service, if you cant pay your employees enough to care then don't be open for business. Don't use the app for ordering ahead of time because they don't prepare your order anyway, useless place.

Terrible service. I stood in line (only person) waiting to order for over 10 minutes and all the employees completely ignored me. I have also previously gotten several incorrect orders from this place (got a milkshake instead of the bk blast, and they missed one of the burgers)
It varies was good but Changed this review because apparently this store no longer participates with Whopper Wednesday.. 2 Reg Whoppers and a Lrg Fry came to 18.45$$$$ ... Def will not be returning here or to any fast food place in Guelph costs less to go sit and eat at a restaurant ? with better quality good job guys ? you're pricing yourself out of competition.

Whopper Wednesdays are good in this era of expensive fast food nowadays for a fast food fix.Service was acceptable but a little on the slow side.

This location seems to have really gone downhill lately ? We placed a mobile order at 6:30 and it wasn’t ready at 6:50 when I tried to pick it up. It was finally “completed” at 7:05 but with wrong and missing items. The employee said absolutely nothing about it when we picked the food up, but when I went back in to have my order fixed I was told they were out ??♂️

I ordered from here twice, several months apart and the first time the food was completely the wrong order (ordered the garlic whopper and got a regular whopper) and the second time the food was inedible. The veggie burger party was stale, dry, and extremely hard. The bun for the whopper was soaked in some unknown liquid (not from the burger). Honestly don’t order from here, if you want Burger King, go to another location go to another city. It’s definitely worth driving in the opposite direction of this location.

First time I tried this store and they screwed with my delivery order.Missing fries, a different burger and a drink were sent.On top of that, the patties were mulching like eating a cardboard.very disappointed. No recommended.
