Absolutely terrible customer service, if you cant pay your employees enough to care then don't be open for business. Don't use the app for ordering ahead of time because they don't prepare your order anyway, useless place.
Terrible service. I stood in line (only person) waiting to order for over 10 minutes and all the employees completely ignored me. I have also previously gotten several incorrect orders from this place (got a milkshake instead of the bk blast, and they missed one of the burgers)

It was Whopper Wednesday, and I really wanted to try the plant based whopper. It was delicious. To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much, I was pleasantly surprised.
