Disgusting food and when I complained about the food quality the employee started arguing and said please DON’T COME TO KFC AGAIN!! Thank you, I don’t even want to after this disgusting customer service.
Unfortunately some of the staff cannot answer basic questions about items. It’s totally ok to be honest if you are unsure and ask another staff member.Definatley under staffed around 3-4pm which is totally understandable why there may be a wait, but management needs to fix this or they will create unhappy employees and in turn unhappy customers.We made it clear we wanted a twister with regular mayo, we got black pepper mayo and was told it was regular until the manager said...read full review
