Ordered through the drive thru and didn’t receive hash browns with meals and asked for no cheese on breakfast wrap… which was made with cheese. Very disappointed in this Tim Hortons, 1 thing wrong is okay but missing 2 items and messing up a simple customization is not acceptable. Will not be returning to this Tim’s ever.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and it seems like over the last year they have gotten rid of the more grumpy employees which makes for a better service, also a lot quicker!! The other problem I had was people always cut the line and don’t go all the way around but today when that happened to me they did not service the car ahead due to she cut me right off and told her to go around, this was very nice and I felt appreciated!!! Definitely a lot better overall service the last year and better quality food/drinks :)

Terrible Drive-through service. I went to get half dozen of old assorted fashion donuts but because I ask not to include the walnuts type, they messed up and gave me the regular assorted. I went to the restaurant and ask the manager to change it, and instead of helping me, she got cranky and started questioning all the ladies in the drive through that were taking the orders, and of course they all denied my order and were saying that they confirmed. A drive through service is required when you are in a hurry, but here if They messed up and you ask for correction you need to convince the manager, deal with the unpleasant crew and find the root cause of why they can’t take the orders because they just care of process the next customer instead of giving a good service. Well as I didn’t have time to do that, I left the donuts in the counter and left. Honestly I don’t have time to deal with this people. But left with a bad taste of mouth and waste my money of course. I will make sure neither me or my family will ever buy their donuts again. Local Guelph Bakeries are muuuuch better.

Drive thru was extremely backed up, so I decided to park and go inside. It seems like the counter staff inside would rather do anything but serve customers. Anyhow this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Finished with Tim Hortons.

We stopped here for lunch which was great. We left the restaurant and headed to London. Once in London I realized I left my purse there. Frantic, I called and Anna answered. She assured me that they had my purse and she would hold it for me until we returned. Thank you Anna! I appreciate your honesty. It’s good to know that there are still honest people in the world?

I have been here once and once I asked for a toasted bagel with butter and Instead I got a raw bagel with nothing. Second time I went the bagel just tasted like booty.

Ordered latte and gave me regular coffee without asking me. When I asked 'em about it, they were rude and responded 'latte machine isn't working and there is no difference between the both'. They don't decide what to give me. Please don't visit this, staffs are rude.

Very slow service as there was only one server on at the counter. The drive-thru obviously takes precedence as there were two servers on there. Recognition of the long wait would have gone a long way.

Cam to grab a few drinks and employee intrupted us everytime we would say a item with the classic "anything else" all tims seem to be really bad with this but this was probably one of my worst experinces the lids on the drinks werent on properly the sandwich i got was wrapped horribly and the employee was just very rude 5:00pm december 5th i would talk to your employees about this !

Ordered a FV with Chai tea bag yesterday. It tasted like warm water and nothing like a FV. Maybe the filters needs to be changed or new ingredients need to be added to machine .
