They make many mistakes with order. I asked for steep tea, but I got coffee. Asked for a wrap , got a sandwich. You have to ask for basic items like ketchup, salt and peppers.

I come through the drive-thru multiple times on weekday mornings since it is on my way to work and there is always the same woman working the drive through. She ignores you and continues talking to her co-workers. She has a very annoyed tone the whole time and is visibly upset when you don't get out of the drive-thru fast enough and swears at you under her breathe. The food is good so far but having to interact with her makes me want to drive down to another Tim Hortons. I am not one to write bad reviews but this woman genuinely irritates me and I am sure others too.

I horrible service from weekend staff, lovely service from weekday staff. The ladies are amazing and accurate while the weekend people seem to not know much about the job they are doing plus they’re just rude.

Wouldn't recommend, usually wouldn't recommend any Tim Hortons within Guelph, but today I was served a unedible hashbrown solid all the way through and 2 of the crustiest croissants I've ever had 90% blew away In the wind when I bit into it. How much you pay for the staff noo too much or it's a cheap owner manager either way. =

Truly a horrible experience. I had a mobile order which I got to watch it being prepared. The worker sneezed in my food and their working station without covering their mouth or turning away. I don’t plan on ever returning here again.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced at this place. I used to work here prior and the service has gone down so badly that I will never come back here. It took them 15 minutes to get my order ready I was 10 minutes late for work and the girl at the front argued with me over my order. There were five young ones in the Drive-Thru standing on their cell phones talkin and girl who was taking my order walked around with my cups in her hands 45 minutes talking to her co-workers doing absolutely nothing.

Charged me $10 for 2 large white hot chocolate’s. HOW?!? How is it $10 but every other Tim Hortons I go to it’s about 5 dollars 6 at most!! insane… you need to get your staff to learn proper customer service. I work in fast food industry and this is unacceptable. Do not recommend coming here.

Poor service, rude. Got the order wrong and then they are mad at us. The apology said with TONE in the voice, and then they are mad at us. Check the order and PRODUCT before you put it in the bag. Never coming back to this location.
