They decorated forHalloween which was nice, not over done,the service was excellent, especially the the host.The food came out too quickly and our table became cluttered, a not a very nice atmosphere.Overall it the ? was delicious, and the meat dishes my friend said was superb.
Nice open layout, digital menu was easy to navigate, service was prompt and friendly. My server Shawn was great. Nice way to do an all you can eat dining experience without the massive waste. A bit spendy for a regular lunch option but for a treat it was well worth it. I'm not from Hamilton (visiting for an appointment) but hope to find a location up in the Guelph area.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a chair but do walk with a cane. August 8 on Upper James St was once a very good place to go for sushi. Loved the food and the vast selection . All at very reasonable prices. The service was very good, a sushi restaurant that I remember well. A sushi restaurant I will recommend without a second thought. It's too bad that it burned down almost a year ago, with no sign of it being repair or even to be rebuilt.
