“Best chicken sandwich in The GTHA hands down. Very short menu , all around BBQ chicken and Falafel. Everything is great . Their in house yogurt mint sauce is a must on your sandwich. Only draw back they run out of chicken 2-3 hours before closing, so either go eat there early, or order by phone early.Vegetarian options: Falafel“
“Was with the gents on a Saturday night, looking for a feast. After a popular restaurant refused to seat 5 teenage boys, we were lost. We searched up some places and this place stood out to us. We got there and ordered our food, sat down and waited. For like 5 minutes. Then our food was brought to us. Hot chicken, seasoned well, crispy fries, and great coleslaw, cornbread was next freakin level. We will be visiting again. Thanks to these guys for seating us and a great meal (and the complimentary cornbread)“

“that was the first time I'd ever been there, we were there for my son's bachelor party. when I heard that it was a place were you had to cook your own food, I was a little skeptical but when we all ordered our meats and vegetables and started barbecuing it and all you can eat for 30 dollars it was actually quite enjoyable, thank you for the great service and hospitality“
“We have been coming to Joey’s since it opened and absolutely love it! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is SO good, portions are very generous and it’s very really reasonably priced for the amount of food you get (honestly, such great value for 2024). But what always keeps us coming back is the wonderful staff - Tilia (sp?) is just the loveliest and is always so welcoming and friendly! Today was my birthday eve, and she found out she gave me a little treat, which honestly just made my day. It was such a sweet gesture, but meant so much. I will be a customer for life!“
“This is a great (almost) hidden spot in the lower stoney creek area. The place was empty when we walked in on a Saturday evening, We had a platter for 2 and a steak.I had asked for a medium rare and got a well done, but it was still alright. The platter with the sausages was decent, especially the cordon bleu. It was pretty good. The food is generally on the saltier than we are used to.“
“It was good. We spent $125 including tip for 4 meals which is pricy considering the place is pretty basic but the food is tasty and the staff are incredibly nice and hard working. Even the people in the kitchen said bye as we left. They are one big happy family.“

“The food is absolutely incredible, i ordered F-8 beef with vegetables and white rice. My Fiancée got spicy pork with white rice. We were served a delicious little soup to start and some small palet cleansers (kinchi, pickled cucumber). Before getting ready to pay our bill, the waitress brought over a little bite-sized cheesecake for dessert. I highly recommend checking it out. 10/10“

“OMG this is the real deal! It is hard to find delicious legit barbecue and this place ticks off all the boxes. My brother recommended me to try Bbq Bandits and I don't regret it. Great value, super friendly service and the ribs, wings and brisket are fantastic. I cannot wait for my next visit!!“
