“We come here because of their appetizer specials after 9:00 and rib special on Wednesdays. A few other specials like leaf’s game. Today I’m liking their fall-off-the-bone ribs and the quesadillas were crispy, a notable improvement, surely, we’ll come back again soon.“
“Update (March 22) - Butt Karahi is our go to for dine out and today we experienced their amazing aftaar buffet. Goat Karahi, desi chicken Karahi, Biryani and chicken was my favourite for today. Loved the Kheer and zarda. This place has maintained its taste consistently. Thank you Butt Sb & the crew!Loved chicken Karahi and seekh kabab with butter naan. True Lakshmi Lahore in Mississauga.“
“I visited the restaurant and found that it contains the most delicious meals that combine originality and creativity in the bite I ate. It had a distinctive family atmosphere and delicious dishes that suit all tastes because they are the most delicious meals in a welcoming and charming atmosphere.I recommend visiting the restaurant and discover the unique tastes and rare excellent service..“
“Stepping inside, you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere that effortlessly combines cozy charm with understated elegance, setting the stage for a delightful meal. The menu at Gyu Kyou is a testament to simplicity done right, with dishes that shine with quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. From the starters to the desserts, each item is crafted with care, ensuring a satisfying culinary journey from start to finish.“
“Did the AYCE buffet for Ramadan. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. You really so get stuffed. Olivia was our server and she was fantastic. Extremely attentive to our orders and was so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this restaurant! Also the prayer section was amazing to be able to pray.“
“Always really great food, my families go-to, best Portuguese food in Mississauga area. Always great service. The lady who helped me today (forget her name) has worked there many years and Always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Super patient and happy to help customers!“
“Our experience at this restaurant was fantastic, largely due to our server KARSON. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and ensured that we had a great meal. As first-time visitors, we were unsure about the portion sizes of the dishes, but KARSON took the time to explain everything to us and even made some recommendations. We were thoroughly impressed with his service and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.“
“Very authentic and delicious Sichuan style foods remind me hometown foods with excellent services. Their dessert is sooo good and must try!One of the best and most authentic Sichuan-style dishes I've had in Toronto. Their desserts are also amazing, the Oreo coconut jelly is delicious?!“
“The staff is polite and helpful. The rolls that we tried were chicken Tikka and Malai boti, very delicious with right amount of spice and flavourful. Price is reasonable. Dine-in is just fine for eating kebab rolls. We also had Bihari kebab with puri parathas, fantastic! Puris were next level and complimented the kebabs. Chutnis are authentic. We liked it so much that we placed a take out order for kids at home.“
“We're delighted to receive your fantastic review! It's great to know that you savored the authentic taste of Pakistani cuisine and the aromatic flavors of our karahi dishes. Our team works hard to create a delightful culinary experience, and we're pleased that you also enjoyed the restaurant's ambiance. We can't wait to have you back for more gastronomic delights!“
“Went to BarBQ Tonite with my family and had a great time, our server Priyanshu greeted us right away. He was so nice and helpful. He went over the menu with us and had some nice recommendations on which food to get.Overall the food was really good.“
“Had an amazing lunch here for my mother’s 50th birthday! The food was delicious and a great value for the money. The sides were just as good as the meats! Highly recommend the wagyu meal set. The restaurant itself was very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. We were highly impressed by the service. Bryan was our lead waiter and he was so attentive, courteous and kind. We never had to ask for a thing! Also, the other servers were great. We appreciate how often they changed the griddle as it does impact the taste of the meat- a detail they didn’t miss. We also really appreciated that they remembered a slice of cake for my mom’s birthday. Thank you, Miga! We will be back and we will recommend your restaurant to many others.“
“Hidden in north in Mississauga - really happy I found this place! The reviews are legit - the food is excellent!I ordered a large JERK PORK dinner and there was a ton of food!As I had not been there before - I asked the young woman at the counter what she would recommend! It cost me around $18 but you don't think about any of that when you get into the spice of the pork and how well it is worked in, layered and succulent - the bark is just perfect! The rice was light and flavourful and the coleslaw was sooo smooth + slightly sweet and soo complimentary to the rice and pork! The place looks like a local hang out with posters of weekend events and people who quietly go about their business and enjoy the food.Equally there was a steady stream of take out customers as well (perhaps truckers?) as the area has a truck stop and is industrial. This was just a really good meal!Service was good and there is parking around the lot so that is no problem.Really looking forward to go and try other dishes (although I would go back for the pork again!)Check it out if you are in the area!“
“Best halwa Puri in town so far. Puri was light and grease free, halwa, Chana and aalo salan was amazing. Portion size was good. Pickle was added flavour, tea was also very good. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we will come back.“
“Today on Eid our family of twelve dined at Karachi Highway Karahi, and it was an unforgettable culinary adventure. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the exquisite Karahi dishes. We savored the tantalizing flavors of the Chatkara Karahi and the Kali Mirch Karahi, each bursting with authentic spices and rich aromas. Accompanied by fragrant Biryani, every bite was a celebration of Pakistani cuisine. The butter naan was a revelation, with its soft texture and buttery goodness that truly melted in our mouths. It was the perfect complement to the flavorful Karahi dishes. One aspect that truly impressed us was the exceptional service. Despite our children's dislike for the butter chicken, the staff graciously replaced it with pizzas at no extra charge. Their attentiveness and generosity added to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience. In conclusion, Karachi Highway Karahi has undoubtedly earned its reputation for serving some of the best Karahi in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Whether you prefer your dishes spicy or mild, their menu offers something to delight every palate. Don't miss the opportunity to try their Chatkara Karahi for a fiery kick or the Kali March Karahi for a milder option. Rest assured, you won't be disappointed.“
“We are from Karachi originally and have moved around Australia, USA, UK and Canada and have enjoyed usual dishes everywhere. In the last 4 weeks we have visited Kolachi Inn 3 times for breakfast and dinner and have ordered traditional meat dishes. I have found that the Veal Qorma and Nihari are the best around Toronto and without doubt the Nihari is better than Javed Nihari of Karachi. Qorma was like that of a traditional wedding with taste and aroma of days long past. The servings are of generous proportions, puris and naan were served hot, doodh Patti was hot and karak. For the quality of food, value for money and service I would give them 5 stars (*****). Don’t miss this feast cooked and served by Shahnawaz and his brother Irshaad.“
“I really enjoyed my dining experience here. First time and will definitely return. From the food, to the friendly service and very clean environment. The reviews I've read were spot on and accurate. If you love Sichuan and spicy food, this is the place to go in Sauga. I'm a big fan of Sichuan spicy broth and you have the option of four different soup base and pick your own ingredients. We went with the traditional spicy numbing soup and going with mild spicy as recommended by the waitress as even with mild, it is spicier than average. I'm glad we went with their recommendation. Mild is perfect spicy level for me, but for most people who can barely take any heat, even mild might be too spicy. If you can't eat spicy food, then I would suggest choosing their other non-spicy soup base. And btw, the broth was flavourful and tasty! In terms of the ingredients to select from, they charge by weight with minimum 400g at $3.29 per 100g. Meat is extra cost. Our bowl came to over 1.2kg to share between two people, and we finished the entire bowl. The weigh was just right for us. We also ordered lamb skewers and spicy chicken wings. The lamb skewers were well seasoned and tender. They also serve complimentary plum juice instead of water. It is a bit too sweet for my taste, and possibly not for everyone. They do have a selection of drinks that you could order at a cost. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys spicy food.“
“went there for dinner yesterday, got there 10 minutes before the kitchen could close. I thought I would be out of luck, the chef went out of his way to make me a espetada Mista w salad and home made fries. My server was friendly and engaging. top notch service. Great place far tasty, value meal.“
“Exceptional Service and Delicious Food at Roy Woods Caribbean Cuisine.I recently visited Roy Woods Caribbean Cuisine at Square One to grab some patties and jerk chicken for my family, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations.Despite arriving close to closing time at almost 8:30 PM, the manager, Rain, and Alisha, went above and beyond to ensure that our meals were not only served promptly but were also hot, presentable, and absolutely delicious. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident as they accommodated us with warmth and professionalism. What truly stood out was the personalized care we received. Rain and Alisha not only ensured the quality of our meals but also took the extra step of cleaning the tables for us to comfortably enjoy our food. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me and my family. The patties and jerk chicken were flavourful, authentic, and served with generous portions, reflecting the authenticity and culinary expertise of Roy Woods Caribbean Cuisine.Overall, I commend Rain, Alisha, and the entire team at Roy Woods enough for their outstanding service and delectable offerings. If you're in the mood for authentic Caribbean cuisine served with a smile, look no further than Roy Woods at Square One. Highly recommended!“
“East Africa meets West!! Restaurant was recommended by a friend and I have to agree with them food was amazing. We got 2 family platters and our sides were mogo, waffle fries, salad and rice. The sauces we had were Zanzibar Zing (on beef), Sweet Seoul (on 2nd platter of beef) and Lisbon Heat (on chicken yummm). Can't say enough about the food it was delicious. The restaurant is run by father son and family. If you love chicken, beef ribs, fries then you definitely have to check this place out. You won't be sorry!“
“My relatives ordered their veal biryani for our family get-together on Eid day yesterday. The taste was exquisite, meat was ample, and there were potatoes in the biryani too! This is a great biryani discovery for us Torontarians. Highly recommended!Dietary restrictions: Halal“
“The experience was amazing and on-point, The décor was so unique and different. And you just felt welcomed and at ease and relaxed, stylish. They validated the parking, which was really good. Due to the location, you knew you would have to pay a lot of money, but it would have been worth it.Parking: you park underground garage. But they validate your parking ticket, so it's no cost to you.“
“The BBQ lamb skewer here isn't so impressive. We liked the BBQ eggplant with minced garlic and the fish. The BBQ cold noodles is our first time trying. Its decent but not sure if it's authentic. There was one server in the restaurant at the time we visited. She was very busy and didn't have time to clean the table or serve on time. A few tables complained that they've waited for a long time. We just waited patiently and eventually got our food. The floor and thei bathroom are quite grissy and dirty. I'm a little concerned about the hygiene of this restaurant.“
“Food: Affordable and good value for the money. Their BBQ duck was delicious. Fried vermicelli Signapore style was ok too. I prefer friend vermicelli with duck pieces from Mr Congee but the prices at Dynasty BBQ are unbeatable.Service: The lady working there is super nice. If you don't have cash, she'll let you do eTransfer. This place does not take crewasdit cards or debit cards. Be mindful of that.Ambiance: It's a takeout counter in the middle of a food court at some god-forsaken suburban Chinese mall in the middle of some industrial area. Very depressive area but the value for the money you get at this place is solid. Ideal for takeout when you're passing by this area.“
“So worth the price, the cuts of meat were delicious ans good quality. I loved the sides ( the zucchini and kimchi are my faves). The corn and cheese is a nice touch but too sweet. Our server Haru and also Brad were very helpful and super friendly. Will be back again. A good spot for quality Korean food.“
