“Shocked that this gem only has a 4.4 rating (at the time I am writing)! I live in the area and have been here multiple times. The food is consistently fresh, yummy, and unique - clearly made in-house! The owner and staff and super down to earth and cool people. Awesome patio in the summer months. An all-around chill local environment, reasonably priced and delicious!“

“This is a brief review of a couple from the southeast United States that attended a concert with Monster Truck headlining. How cool to see Monster Truck first of all for the first time on their brief Dive Bar Tour, in their hometown, in the oldest licensed establishment and live music venue in Hamilton! So cool! Downstairs was the actual bar, tables, small stage, etc. The food was excellent, the service impeccable seated at the bar, and the atmosphere off the charts. Major acts were upstairs in the rented space a little void of the character which was downstairs, but nonetheless a very cool venue. My wife and I originally went for the concert; next time we will go specifically for The Corktown Irish Pub!“
