Here right now. Have been finished and sitting with empty plates for 15 mins now. Server has walked by multiple times and hasn’t even glanced our way. Steak was fatty and overseasoned. Chicken tacos were good. Still wondering how much longer until we can get our bill…
While I appreciate the recent renovations, they were very short sighted and poorly planned. They eliminated all but 3 short tables, not including booths. (Replaced with almost exclusively tall tables.) Anyone with accessibility devices, (wheelchairs) or parties larger than 4 people that can't use the tall tables due to other issues are stuck fighting over the 3 short tables that are in the highest traffic area, partially blocking access to the kitchen and bathrooms. First time back since covid. 6 of us 2 two year olds. Made 5:30 reservation so it wouldn’t be that busy. Ordered food at 5:40 at 6:40 I had to ask where food was. Kids had drank their milk twice so were no longer hungry and food was Luke warm when it came Very disappointed. Next time we will go to southcoat 53 or the keg. Prices have gone up everywhere which is understandable but the service was sub par and they were not short staffed.
