We were just at Marble Slab. Great ice cream and excellent customer service. I wish I got the woman’s name who served us but she was incredibly friendly and patient with my kids. I overheard this employee hand an order to the skip the dishes driver politely cautioning him to be careful as there was a cake in the order which I would have appreciated as the recipient.
Marble slab is a tasty treat that’s well kept. They have a good amount of staff working.Ice cream is portioned fairly and given by weight which is great. They have lots of toppings to choose from. That’s where things get a bit hectic. Staff tend to not put the toppings on well or they fall off leaving you with less. For example the Kit Kat prices all just fell off and didn’t really make it to our dish. Same with the sugar cone bits. Training of staff needs to be better.Definitely...read full review

So first off, the ice cream is excellent here. The freezer is off limits though, even if the staff member can't find the product that is sitting right in front, you can't help them find it or touch it. The owner is seriously cranky as well. I saw him lose it on a door dash driver who was acting rude and entitled and it was glorious. Biggest gripe... The prices. It's just too high. They should at least offer a buy 2 get one free like the other marble slab location in Ancaster does...read full review
