DO NOT ORDER MARBLE SLAB ONLINE. I ordered vanilla ice cream, extra brownies, fudge sauce (even though they “forgot” to write that on the cup as well) and asked nicely in the instructions to please make sure its not mixed together too much. Lately, whoever is doing my ice cream is doing such a poor and lazy job. I used to have no problems with it and enjoyed many times but now I'm done ordering from here. I understand missing one thing by accident but this literally is my whole order that i paid for that everything is missing. And mind you, Original price is like $10 but on uber? Its almost 15 dollars, so i wasted my money. If the owners or managers sees this post, please fire whoever keeps sending out bad ice cream because this is not one time incident.

So first off, the ice cream is excellent here. The freezer is off limits though, even if the staff member can't find the product that is sitting right in front, you can't help them find it or touch it. The owner is seriously cranky as well. I saw him lose it on a door dash driver who was acting rude and entitled and it was glorious. Biggest gripe... The prices. It's just too high. They should at least offer a buy 2 get one free like the other marble slab location in Ancaster does with their pre-packed leaders of ice cream.

Bought an ice-cream cake for my daughters birthday and was very disappointing and not cheap. It was a chocolate brownie cake with little to no brownie bits in it except for the few on top. Would not recommend them for their cakes. What a let down!

Honestly disappointed. Came here to get ice cream because a friend suggested it, got the cotton candy flavour (which tasted nothing like it… just pure sugar) on top of that the cone was pure sugar as well. Wouldn’t get ice cream from here again not worth it and the money
We were just at Marble Slab. Great ice cream and excellent customer service. I wish I got the woman’s name who served us but she was incredibly friendly and patient with my kids. I overheard this employee hand an order to the skip the dishes driver politely cautioning him to be careful as there was a cake in the order which I would have appreciated as the recipient.

Pretty good but a little pricey. Paying credit or debit prompts you to leave a tip, which everyone seems to be doing now even when it is not a sit down restaurant.

Marble slab is a tasty treat that’s well kept. They have a good amount of staff working.Ice cream is portioned fairly and given by weight which is great. They have lots of toppings to choose from. That’s where things get a bit hectic. Staff tend to not put the toppings on well or they fall off leaving you with less. For example the Kit Kat prices all just fell off and didn’t really make it to our dish. Same with the sugar cone bits. Training of staff needs to be better.Definitely give them a try. You’ll enjoy it.
