Came in to order and ended up waiting nearly 30-35 mins for a simple 8.99 chickens and taters meal.The orders were unorganized. I literally had people who were before me get their order. Another family even canceled their order and request a refund because it was taking too long.Very poor communication and slow kitchen. Cashier was very sweet though.Would suggest going to the one in limeridge if you are on the mountain. When this store first opened it was great food and speed…not sure what happened.

I ordered chicken fingers with mashed potatoes, biscuits, and a pop.Chicken fingers were good, but the mashed potatoes were very plain with very salty gravy that tastes like it came out of a powdered package. The biscuit was also plain and a bit doughy. Not very impressed considering you only get 3 strips of chicken fingers for $16.

We came to Mary Brown’s after seeing the new Mash-Up Bowl on Instagram, we knew we had to try it! Great customer service from the moment we walked in. We were greeted right as we entered the store after placing a mobile order. He was great, brought our food to the table after it was finished.Great presentation, value, and taste. We love Mary Browns!

At Mary brown, there food never disappoints.Always fresh made to order. So so tasty.Chicken so juicy and tender. I’ve had many fried chicken in my life. Nothing comes close to this one by far.However I find there pieces of chicken have gotten smaller. This maybe due to cost of living. As most places have done this.Also would like some deals more often like KFC and other chicken places.That’s no complaints about the taste and quality of their food.I highly recommend this. Especially the location on upper JamesGo get some. You know you want to. Yummm ?
