“I was in Burlington with 2 friends and we decided to give Rayhoon a try. It was my 2nd experience with Persian food. One friend was totally unfamiliar and another was very familiar with it.The restaurant is very warm and welcoming. Service was a bit slow but very pleasant. The food was amazing! I had the cardamom lentil soup to start (I really have to figure out the recipe!) and a beef stew with saffron rice as a main. I finished with the Persian hot chocolate (really good!) and the rollette. The rollette looked a bit like a jelly roll cake but was filled with real whipped cream and the cake was topped with chopped pistachios. It was all so delicious! Portions were very generous. It was a little pricey - $115 for 2 including tax and tip and no alcohol - but very much worth it.“
“From the moment you step inside, the warm ambiance and welcoming staff set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu boasts an array of traditional dishes. The attention to detail extends beyond the food, with attentive service and a cozy atmosphere that makes every guest feel like family.“
