The staff are very polite and quick working. It isn't long that you stand in an isle to have an employee walk past the till it seems which will have them come to the cash and take your order. That's happened to me quite often and I appreciate and respect it greatly. All in all it's a good location. The show cases are usually always full with some exceptions. Bathrooms closed everytime I come here. Can't wash hands or use urinal. Been over a year I haven't been able to use it. Yet I seen them ring a person in already. Not supporting this store with my money anymore sorry

I did not get food so I cannot rate that at this time.I did get a Coffee, then I sat down and used a little wifi to add some touches to a new book.The employees seemed to take care of the store as the staff were friendly and efficient.The store was cleaner than I was expecting and the coffee was well made.One of the better downtown locations if at least, during at my visit.
