“Was at Garfield's on the weekend. We frequent often. This time there was a medical emergency for a family member and the staff went over and beyond to help us out. The food is always good, hot and plentiful. They are one of the few places that cater to vegans and vegetarians and very food allergy aware. This place gets a 5 out of 5 everytime. If you've never eaten here, why?.”

“I placed an online order tonight and completely messed it up on my end. I called the store right away, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating about swapping it for what I actually meant to order. Since my original order was a bit more expensive than the replacement, they even offered to let me grab some chips and a pop to make up the difference. They even took the extra time to call me back to double-check and ensure everything was 100% correct.

The two ladies working tonight around 6:30 PM were incredibly nice, professional, and hard-working. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful—thank you both so much!”

“We are in Essex, ON for our annual anniversary vacation, our first real visit to Canada during the first week of Summer. Looking for a special place to celebrate, The Trattoria at Paglione Estate Winery was the best choice. Driving by several local wineries during our trip in the area, this place drew us in. We do enjoy a good charcuterie board, and the unanimous decision was the Antipasto Misto. Beautifully crafted and presented with three delicious meats, cheeses, dipping oil, olives and fresh fruit, crostini. Everything paired perfectly with their delicious sangria. And we took a chilled bottle of the sangria to enjoy later. As visitors from the US, we thank you for a world class experience.”

“Visited from out of town and were looking for something fast and satisfying. We settled on pizza and decided to try Godfather’s. It was very clean. The service was amazing. The young man that was working the register was also running the entire shop by himself, but handled a steady stream of customers through the front door while he was already making our order as well. Food was very delicious. Highly recommend.”

A huge shoutout to Peyton, our host, who was incredibly attentive, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, which was appreciated by everyone.
