“Chilli fry momos with chicken were PHENOMENAL highlight of all the dishes for sure. Schezuan chicken came with white rice, the chicken was a bit peppery and lacking the tang I was expecting. They used white meat instead of dark super fried chicken pieces which was honestly a nice change from some other Hakka places. We got the chefs special style vege noodles which weren’t too oily, very flavorful. Portion sizes for everything were great for the price. Service was great and we will definitely be returning customers, looking forward to trying other items from the menu.“

“Sun's is hidden in an area where somehow, Chinese restaurants are a rare find. The menu offerings were a pleasant surprise, featuring lamb skewers, kikurage (wood-ear mushrooms), Lanzhou beef noodles, and a spicy Chinese burger (roujiamo). Each dish was surprisingly hearty and delicious. The overall balance of spices throughout the foods was slightly inclined to mild side from what you might find in more Chinese-centric areas, but it seemed well-adjusted to cater to a broader audience which, just the right amount for diverse palates. The real highlight, though, was discovering that the noodles were hand-tossed on the go, adding an authentic touch with an incredible texture. I opted for the Da Kuan (thick wide noodles) and was impressed, although they weren't as chewy as the Big Beef noodles in Markham. Finding hand-tossed noodles is a rarity, and this alone speaks volumes about the quality and authenticity of the food here. It's a joy to know there's a go-to spot for hand-tossed noodles and quality Chinese dishes in an area with few such offerings. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy good food with a touch of authenticity.Vegetarian options: Some salad dishes are available, but will need translation app for those who don’t read Chinese. “We had a great experience. The host and server were very polite and gave us updates often when our table is ready. The food was delicious and seasoned to perfection. Hats off to the chefs. We order the sizzling eggplant, sizzling ginger beef and dry pot lamb. Meat was tender and juicy. Food came out pretty fast too. The best thing on their drink menu is their LYCEE SOJU!!! “We got an order of the chilli chicken with gravy, crispy beef and the veggie chow mein upgraded instead of the rice. Portion sizes were big and tasty. The chilli chicken I wish was more crispy, but the chow mein and crispy beef were some of the best that I’ve had.When you first walk in, the ambiance and environment seem a little outdated and dim, but that certainly is not a testament to their food. The service was nice and friendly and we certainly left full and happy. Would recommend to try!“

“I really like their basic chicken momos (steamed only). They are really delicious especially with the spicy sauce it comes with. The Fish Chilly Dry was also very good - but be aware, its fairly spicy and I'm generally okay with spice.I also LOVE their chicken noodles. “A truly Hakka Chinese place that offers quality and quantity food for a reasonable price.I am a regular customer here because the food brings me back everytime.Have not tried a ton of things but my usual is veg Hakka noodles or egg Hakka noodles and the quantity is great!! Two adults can easily satisfy their hunger in one serving of the noodles.Other items tried and good are - Chilli chicken Dry, chilli Paneer dry, veg Manchurian balls in gravy ( which is really soft ) which is served with some steamed/boiled white rice, chilli mushrooms dry, steamed chicken Momo's, friend veg/chicken Momo's in schezuan sauce which are spicy but great and manchow soup.Their veg fried rice is OK but I felt rice undercooked when ordered once.Staff is limited to one person at the counter and then cooking staff in kitchen. Staff is courteous and polite. Their seating is not open in restaurant so its a take-away order always.Do tell them to make things less spicy or non spicy if ordering for your toddler children who don't eat spicy food.If I compare them to restaurants blike - Dalchini, Hakkalicious and Indolicious for Hakka Chinese food-Qty wise its more than those Hakkalicious or Indolicious outlets but similar to minor less than Dalchini.Taste wise its an minor edge better than all of them.Their Indian food I haven't tried and not sure what all is available so no comments on that.Overall a 4 Star for Hakka Chinese food.“

“I've been ordering here for years now, and the quality and freshness is always consistent.The chicken balls are the best in Ontario having mostly chicken rather breading, all noodle and chicken dishes are exceptionally tasty. Chicken is always tender and tasty. Spring rolls, chicken balls and chicken wings are always crispy and so fresh tasting. Sometimes when I'm here to pick up my order, i see the lady hand make the spring rolls and the process is fascinating. All other Chinese restaurants I've been to they taste like they're frozen, absolutely no taste just so bland. All of there chicken dishes have good cut in meats, no fat in any meat just purely yummy chicken. Speaking of chicken, general tao chicken, chili chicken and sweet and sour chicken are my top favorite's and a must order! If you're looking for fried rice , I definetly recommend house fried rice, has all of what you need for a very fair price.I was never a fan of seafood, but the seafood Cantonese chow mein changed my mind, the scallops were good size and were sweet tasting, shrimps were very yummy and fresh. “They seriously have the best char siu or bbq pork in GTA. Their briskets are very tender. Their HK style milk tea and yin yang have very nice flavours as well. But I would suggest to use leak proof lid containers instead of the regular takeout boxes for the char siu takeout, so that its sauce would not get spilled during traveling.“

“Love the golden curry. I unusually get the golden curry with chicken, this time I had it with vegetables. Next time I'm going to ask for half and half. The sauce tastes amazing, just wish it was thicker. We usually pick up and eat home but this time I went with a friend so we ate in restaurant. It's a nice spot in Georgetown and service is good. Parking lot at the back is too small but there is parking on the street nearby.“
