“This is the best place in London by far for proper pub food and beer. There isn't a single bad thing on the menu. All the staff are passionate about working their which says they are treated well by the owners and management. A London icon, it should win awards. Cheers!“
“I've visited the Church Key frequently through the years for special occasions and pre theater. I have never been anything but impressed. Unique, amazing food. Impeccable service. Upscale but still cozy and classy with a true pub decor. Several years later, still my best go to place for a special night.“

“We have been to Old South Village Pub a number of times now. We are always blown away on how amazing the food is. Each time we have tried new dishes and they immediately become a “must have again”! Amazing food and great value for your money!“
“No Runts at the Runt. This is a generally great place with pleasant service and good food. I recently dropped in for a drink with two little dogs. I sat on the patio (which was empty) and the wait staff brought out a bowl of water for the little guys. He did tell me that generally dogs were not permitted on the patio but that if I wanted they could hang out beyond the fence. Because the place was empty, he turned a blind eye to the fascinating rule. After a drink, the manager told the wait staff that I had to put the dogs on the other side of the fence. By then, there was another couple on the patio who were enamoured by the dogs and unbothered. By this time there were only three people on the patio. The waiter was polite, told me the manager insisted on the dogs being placed outside the fence in what was now the Sun and heat. Five stars for the place and the waiter generally. Negative five for the manager who is obviously not a dog owner or lover.“
“i was dining alone at the wave the other day and my server lav kept me GREAT company. She checked in on me often and explained the food menu very well. I got the tomato soup on her recommendation and loved it. Also got to know it’s an everyday feature- how cool! anyways- the wave is a great place to hang on campus and the service is fast and efficient with attentive staff member. Thanks.“
“I mainly went here for thr karaoke. They updated the system people!! It's a touch screen tablet with anything you can think of. Staff came in to check on us ever hour to see if we needed anything. Very on top of it. I got the the loaded fries, they were good! The beef was sweet but they could of used so jalapeños to give it some contrast. Highly recommend!“
“Fatty Patty's always has good service. The waitresses/servers work hard, show kindness. The food, you can't go wrong. Home cut fries and burgers made there. Their clubhouse sandwiches have real turkey. It's a down-to-earth earth, laid-back, sports bar, restaurant, that's clean, even the bathrooms. I took my brother out for dinner, and thanks to our waitress "Glenna" who served us. Her smile, hard work, a good sense of humour, and kindness made our night. We went last Thursday night, and it was busy. The staff, including the cooks, did great and worked hard.. Fatty Patty's is worth it.“
“I wish this pub existed in my home town! Hubby and I went in for lunch while at the hotel across the street for a music conference. We were very pleasantly surprised by the MANY choices of beer, we each got favourites! Lots of tasty looking options on the lunch menu, I chose the tuna melt on special and hubby chose a burger and we did not regret it! I also got the soup of the day on the side (tomato lentil) and it was truly fantastic, tasted homemade! I'm big into making soup at home and this was definitely something I would have been proud to serve! Bartender and servers were friendly and lovely, I would recommend this place to anyone!“
“Boyfriend says most authentic British food he's had since moving to Canada, right down to the gravy! best spot for a chill yet fancy, and romantic dinner. Service was fantastic and the server was an absolute gem and you can tell he loves his “
“The pub at Western University is for students to hang out, have some drinks, and have fun. If you have just graduated, make sure to tell them and get your free drink in the special Western cup.The nachos and curly fried are ? ?Kid-friendliness: not kids friendly.“
“Great room to see and hear live music. Friendly staff with good food , how can you go wrong? As a musician- they have a full PA (12 or 16 channels I forget) with subs . This is definitely not the norm for most “pub” style bars to have a great stage and a PA . Owens are friendly to work with.Parking: Parking lot is just around the corner from the back of the bar if it’s a 1 min walk.“
“Molly's is a really great spot if you're looking for drinks and pub food! Their chicken wings are awesome, and they have a ton of great flavors to choose from. Their onion rings are also the best onion rings I've had. Cool atmosphere, and nice staff with attentive service!“
“Brought the 2 ladies in my life (wife & granddaughter) in for a meal on a slower Tuesday p.m. just before heading over to London's Grand Theatre for the first showing of "Clue," the play.Squires has a great pub decor. Comfy bench seats for us ancient office workers. Kudos to the owners on conversion into a memorable place worth the visit. I member a bank was here and next door was Howard's Men's Wear.Squires' food & service was excellent. Deep fried dill slices appetizer was superb with the homemade dill dipping sauce. My Squire Burger (the smaller one) was top shelf stuff. I rarely do food pics, but I had no choice this time. Nice simple presentation & perfectly cooked.Ladies both had the buttermilk crispy Farmhouse chicken sandwich. They luved them & will pass the word. Thanks to Chef Connor & Chris at bar for a nice, memorable afternoon meal with my 2 fav ladies.Definitely coming back & I will recommend the pub & grill to my business acquaintances, friends & family.P.S.The ladies confessed afterwards that my own, highly coveted home made burgers cannot compare to what Chef Connor made. I am biased, of course, but I must too confess - best burger I've had since the family's 2015 trip to P.E.I. The Cobs buns were perfect.“
“Stopped in for beer and wings. Great English pub atmosphere. The chef’s revenge wings were amazing, great flavour with lots of heat if you are a hot wings lover. Probably the hottest wing I have had in a restaurant!. Service was quick and helpful.“
