I phoned and complained about an error that was made with my pizza. I have to say, there was no hesitation in fixing it. Yesterday my friend and I ordered another pizza from Domino’s. The service was outstanding and the pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in years. It was delivered at the requested time and it was hot enough that the cheese pulled away in strings as pizza should do.I would just like to thank Domino’s for the excellent service yesterday. “We ordered from Little Caesar’s yesterday. Tried to have it delivered but due to Covid, we think, Door Dash was unavailable. No biggy. Ordered in afternoon for 5 pm pickup and got a bit of discount as no delivery service. The young man on the phone was quite helpful when I said Door Dash was unavailable. He looked it up for me on his phone and saw that they were not available. He took our order and said it would be ready for 5. And it was. Fresh and hot out of the oven when picked up. Will order from there again.“
“I have been in town working for the week, so I decided Pizza Hut was a good delivery choice after a long work day. My first order was the maple bacon pizza on pan crust. It was okay. I wasn't too impressed with it, but I am a fan of thin crust. I ordered again so I would be able to have leftovers for my trip home. I ordered the same pizza on thin crust, it was very good. If I make it back to work in town I'll definitely order from this Pizza Hut again. It was my bad but I forgot to add dipping sauce to my order. I will remember next time. “Good lunch, the place was empty, seriously not a soul in there and when we went in with a group of 12 they made us feel like an inconvenience, pointed out that they were short staffed and so on which is fine, we get it and are willing to wait but don't act frustrated when a group walks in. Everything else was good though.“
