I want to give feedback about your Keswick, Ontario restaurant.
I placed an order today (Monday, Mar 6) and when I returned home, noticed one of the burritos (small) missing. Kinda annoying, but not a tragedy. I called up the restaurant and spoke with Kori who said refunds were not available for online orders (this is VERY annoying, but I that’s a criticism reserved toward corporate policy and procedures). Kori was very kind in getting this matter resolved and offered a larger replacement the next time I came in. I did exactly that and her team honoured Kori’s offer with no pushback or 3rd degree (unlike other experiences I’ve had).
Ideally, Bar Burrito should be able to process refunds for online orders without having to come into the restaurant, BUT Kori and her team did a great job making things right!“
