My crunch wrape supreme only had meat covering half of the wrap. 3 diced up tomatos. Absolutely horrible service if you're going to rip people off at least have the decency to lower your prices. Cheap garbage they're selling for a premium price

Not the first time this has happened. Ordered online for pick up, went to pick up after the designated time and they hadn't even started making the order. They log in to a separate computer and then try to rush to make it. They do not do refunds either. The point of ordering in advance when you're on break at work is so that you can get back to work. Also both 1-800 numbers always say they're closed when you call. Officially done with this location.

The one staff I had was nice enough but it was a difficult and a bit awkward because he was distracted by a visiting friend who was chatting over the counter. The staff here don't seem to communicate smoothly...maybe it's a cultural thing but I feel a bit uneasy. I hope they all get along well and can collaborate behind the counter.Anyway, my order was completed accurately and I got everything I needed. The staff, though a bit distracted, did a reasonably good job.The food preparation was a bit slow...maybe because the crew in the kitchen didn't collaborate as well. Not sure where I'm going with this review but I think you get the idea.

Menu claims you can "customize anything" - beef, chicken, beans in lieu of the menu offering. I have had no issues at other locations doing so, but at this location, they only let you select beef or beans for the protein on the box menu offerings. And to find this out after waiting a long while in a short line, added to my disappointment.

I will often see the cashier handling cash with gloves on and then, without ever changing her gloves, grab cups by the lip, go prep fries and pack orders.Today was the last straw. I went in around 1. The cashier huffed and puffed as she took my order.She handled cash then proceeded to go and grab raw chicken patties with her bare hands to throw them in the fryer. Without washing her hands, went and stuck her hands in fry sleeves, touched the scoop and filled up the sleeves to serve to people.This goes beyond poor customer service, and is a genuine health hazard that could make people ill.

Slow as malaises on a cold winter day if you open at 11 am go in earlier to make sure your stuff is all set up and ready and if a meal says include fries and salad don’t assume they want two fries ask what salad they might want or if they want two fries

I don’t recommend this Taco Bell.. I asked for jalapeño peppers the man gave me packages of black pepper. Did not offer hot sauce or extra hot sauce. I was very disappointed with this Taco Bell at the mall.

I mean, good food. It's fine food but it is always cold and you have to wait several hours for ONE taco. They always only have one worker there, I personally think that since Taco Bell is a pretty popular location they should have more workers. It should be faster in my head, I guess it's up to the owner though.

Worst experience thus far during this pandemic. Wouldn't serve me because I have a medical condition that exempts me from wearing a mask. Called security on me the security guard said they can discriminate against you for not wearing a mask. They proceed to call the cops on me. Absolutely disgusting behavior. On top of that the security gaurd filmed me when I walked away. Even when I told her she doesn't have a right to do so. I will be speaking to my lawyer this treatment is unacceptable.
