Really dirty restaurant, not only is the food overpriced but the fact they can’t even properly make any thing is ridiculous. Paid $9 something for a wrap and timbits just for my sons food to look like a kindergarten threw it

This location used to be great, the last year in particular the service and accuracy of food has been unbearable, to be fair the weekday morning shift, is still great , it's the afternoon shift around 4 pm, they constantly get our drinks wrong, grounds in coffee, items thrust out the window and window shut without a word, even when you make an effort to thank them, I am old school, and I believe in please and thankyou, lost in today's workplace, really disturbs me and makes me want to skip going there all together, they seem to not care about the customers that got them where they are today, Deals and points are only given if you have the app and pay with the app, or pre-order with the app, something alot of older people don't want to do.

I just went through the drive-thru at this location, the server handed our coffees to us and before my driver was given a chance to hand me the tray of coffee, the server rudly told my son, who was driving, to pull out of the way so the next person in line could pull up to the drive-thru window. Not at all impressed with the service received!

Location says that they are 24 hours I ordered on mobile and went to the doors to find that they were locked. I was then told to go to driveway and had to step between cars putting my safety at risk. I had put a 20 minute pick up time in the app. And my drink was still not ready causing me to miss my bus and forcing me to walk home in -16 weather.

I recently came through the McDonald's drive-thru this morning at the Kingston Centre and experienced terrible food and poor customer service. I had to come back to have my order fixed and then still ended up wuth terrible food, I instead went to Tim Hortons at the Gardiners Town Centre and had the best customer service from their morning staff and the best coffee hands down. I guess I know where I'll be going from now on. ??
