This location is my main stop, as I do not drive and it is in walking distance. I go to Tim Hortons 3-4 times everyday for coffee. On average, I spend about $23.00 per day on coffee as I do not drink it at home. It seems lately, every time I go in to order coffee, I have to ask them to make a fresh pot. I recently came through the McDonald's drive-thru this morning at the Kingston Centre and experienced terrible food and poor customer service. I had to come back to have my order fixed and then still ended up wuth terrible food, I instead went to Tim Hortons at the Gardiners Town Centre and had the best customer service from their morning staff and the best coffee hands down. I guess I know where I'll be going from now on. ??
