I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons located in St. Lawrence College. Despite being a regular customer at this location, I was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff member.I accidentally grabbed the wrong size of coffee and the employee behind the counter raised her voice at me in front of other customers. Ordered a medium steeped tea triple triple . The senior old lady who took my order heard it as medium triple triple and gave me a coffee .When i said I ordered a steeped tea rather than giving me the right order she was beginning to argue with me.Very Disappointing behaviour from her part.Rather than appointing people like this please give opportunities to young enthusiastic students . Extremely displeasing experience.

today i asked for a cup of ice water and stood in line for that and one of the employee denied to give me the ice, i told them that i work at tim hortons too in other location so she gave me the paper cup with ice in it and when i asked for water she said we won't and go and fill it from the tap. i asked for the fup lid and didn't get that too. worst and rudest experience i have ever seen at tims, so disappointed!
