There is a female employee here who is very discriminatory, she is very mean to me and even questioned me after another person confirmed that it was my order. But at the same time she wasn't like that to other people.
The wait time is just way too long. 30 mins for just a sandwich. And this is the wait time after I ordered. The time it took just to order was another 10 mins. So in total, 40 mins for a small sandwich.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this chain starts hemorrhaging income soon, the unmoving almost hour long lines are a perfect deterrent for wanting to eat at this place. Incredibly slow service.
