Arrived today just before noon. Waited 10 mins for order and it was not busy. Spouses sandwich good and dark roast hot. Then told no chicken noodle soup, would I like Chili instead.Had to go back to counter as no bun or butter in the bag. A cold bun passed over the counter. Sat down to eat chili, it was barely luke warm. Went back to the counter to let them know they served me cold chili. I got the cold shoulder so took my food home to warm up later. Left at 12.25. More staff have turned up but still not busy and its lunch time! At no was I did I ever complain or was discourteous.

I used the drive through this morning and asked for a Roasted Hazelnut Latte. The young lady serving me was confused by my request and indicated there was no button for that but she would have them put hazelnut syrup in my coffee. I became a little short with her and for that I wish to apologize. I would ask you share my apology to her. It was not her fault the system had been changed and the latte removed from the menu. She did her best to accommodate me and my response should have been thank you and not a curt response as I did. I respect your employees and will be more thoughtful next time round.

The worst iced coffee I have ever tasted. Doesn't even taste like coffee, maybe they accidentally used gasoline. Highly recommend testing your drink before you leave this place!I will add the service was pretty quick, and staff were friendly.

Waited 20 min in drive thru for 4 cars... to get a large cup of coffee that's 3/4 full. The drive thru is probably the slowest one's in kingston along with the John counter one.

Ordered the grilled chicken cilantro salad they gave me crispy chicken and no cilantro and a tiny bit of lettuce and it took them 15 minutes to make my salad! I didn't complain because it's pointless anymore !

One Tim's is about the same as the next, but I never get tired of a friendly smile first thing in the morning. Don't let the long line discourage you from getting your fix, most everyone want to get going just as bad as you.Parking: There may be an adequate parking spaces, but many of them are tight getting in and out of particularly if you are driving a larger vehicle.
