Karen should get retire as she doesn't care about customer service at all.First she was busy in talking about her grand kids with a customer ignoring the line that was getting longer .Then she was so rude while taking the order and later forgot to make my drink.Came to me and ask what my drink was,fresh steep tea was brewing so I ask to make it from that pot but she just ignored what I said and made the tea from old pot.On asking her reply was"I can't, this is also fresh".Asked to call the manager and then a guy working on sandwich station stepped in and made my drink.No wonder why this location rating is 3.7 because their people don't know how to deal with customer.

This Tim Horton, is very friendly, it is always busy, because there is also a bus terminal, at the same property. The workers are always very busy, and don't have the time to do a proper cleaning. This Tim Horton is in desperate state to have a big cleaning. The floors are so dirty that you don't want to go to eat there, also the bathrooms are terrible so dirty, they need to be cleaned with a pressure washer, and bleach. I know they are not allowed bleach, but you can't clean it without the bleach. They must make a lot of money at this location, can't they afford a proper cleaning once every two weeks, by people from outside?The outside need a pressure washer treatment as well, for 3 days the side door outside is so dirty, it looks like somebody threw up on it. I hope you do something about it. Thanks!

Went to Tim’s on John Counter. Once again, order was wrong at Drive thru!!! Bought a donut and muffin with tea (that was not correct) and French vanilla…..donut and muffin were rock hard. Couldn’t be today’s as it was 6:30 this morning!!! Seemed like a simple order, guess not? So disappointing. At work and couldn’t go back!!!

I ordered 1 French vanilla and 1 4cheese bagel with cream cheese and hash browns. I didn't get the bagel. I told them that i was going to miss my bus but they didn't care about it. They were 6 people in the kitchen still they were not able to manage the orders of the customers.I WON'T EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK NOW.Never go there. Me, I will stay without the coffee but I won't go there ever again.Get some employees and improve your service.TRASH
Friendly and fast service. I used this coffee shop on my way to Toronto by megabus. Megabus terminal is just around the corner and this Tims gets busy with coach customers.Ample parking washrooms and dining area available.My order was taken faster than I thought. 2 cashiers line and they look well prepared for bus traffic. So I have no hesitation to be late to the bus.Breakfast was delicious. Coffee ok.I only gave 4 stars because the washroom was a bit messy. I know that Tim hortons is well reputed brand but , it doesn’t seem to be a good one . As i went there for dine in my experience was really pathetic, firstly one of the crew members don’t know how to take order . And moreover they make my food with missing ingredient that was really bad , in the starting of day everyone need a tasty delight which can in lightened them from hactic schedule but you so called tim hortons team failed to do so . I’m really disappointed.

Staff are extremely slow there is no need for everyone to be in drive thru and when the line at the counter is out the door they need to open the other cash register this is Tim Hortons policy staff just come out of the kitchen look at everyone and proceed to work drive thru or do what ever they choose to do won’t

The worst Tim Hortons. Very slow service, they only take 2 orders every 10 min. I waited for 20 min, then I had to return to my bus without any coffee cause the service was sooo slow !!!
