Went to Tim’s on John Counter. Once again, order was wrong at Drive thru!!! Bought a donut and muffin with tea (that was not correct) and French vanilla…..donut and muffin were rock hard. Couldn’t be today’s as it was 6:30 this morning!!! Seemed like a simple order, guess not? So disappointing. At work and couldn’t go back!!!
Younger man serving me, was training. He spoke clear, listen to my order, got it right the first time. This Tim Horton, is very friendly, it is always busy, because there is also a bus terminal, at the same property. The workers are always very busy, and don't have the time to do a proper cleaning. This Tim Horton is in desperate state to have a big cleaning. The floors are so dirty that you don't want to go to eat there, also the bathrooms are terrible so dirty, they need to be cleaned with a pressure washer, and bleach.
