“Love rhubarb tarts. Bagels are great, but rarely any by end of day. (This is a forewarning, and not a complaint. I respect responsible choices in not over baking product.) Grocery store croissants have nothing on these.Parking: About 5 spots in front of building.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ramp as main entrance. Washroom is on main floor, probably to tight for a scooter. But I appreciate it existing.“
“I've been wanting to check this place out for a long time, and I'm glad I did! It was lively and had a good collection of board games, many of them seemed barely touched. We played for hours in a cozy corner, enjoyed our warm tea, and planned to be back soon!“
“Looking for a hidden gem to get breakfast, coffee or drink— this is the place. It’s a small cafe but I absolutely love the vibe. Summers- there’s a beautiful outdoor patio. The inside sitting is a bit compact but I got no complaints. Usually it’s rush so might be some wait period. If you like exploring new cafes- try this place. Won’t be disappointed.“
“Great place to get a super super light breakfast and a great cup of joe. Has a large table to work off of as well thata the right height for working off of a laptop.Vegetarian options: There was a great veggie sandwich melt. Nothing too fancy, but tasty!“
“I found Cafe O to be as one of my cozy spot in KW, perfect for just chilling! Tried their latte, which was alright, nothing too fancy, but the atmosphere totally made up for it. The place feels so warm and comfortable, with cool decor adding to the cozy vibes.Definitely planning on going back to try more of their offerings and enjoy the awesome atmosphere. Can't wait for my next visit!“
“Wonderful little cafe specializing in German/Austrian treats. I had a slice of black forest cake, a cherry danish and a nougat ring. The cake had real kirsch flavour and delicious cream and made me very happy. The nougat ring was something i had never seen before and it was delightful. Dark chocolate covered a crunchy base of fresh short crust with a nougat and chopped nuts between. Really good. The cherry danish was better than the typical store bought but the pastry was a bit heavy. An elderly couple was running the store and were very sweet. The store is very small and is cash only so be prepared.“
“I have been a frequent visitor of this wonderful coffee shop since it opened years ago. The coffee is amazing, their sweet treats are always fresh and tasty and during the summer months you can get the most decadent Gelato available locally. The service is always top-notch and a special shout out to Lauren who has been a mainstay barista to make this a must visit coffee shop in downtown KW.“
“Smile Tiger Coffee Roasters is a hidden gem! The coffee here is simply divine, boasting rich flavors and a perfect roast every time. But that's not all – their sourdough toasts are a delightful accompaniment, offering a crunchy exterior with a soft, tangy interior that pairs flawlessly with their specialty brews. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to start your day or unwind in the afternoon. A must-visit for any coffee enthusiast!"“
“I enjoyed coming here with my two year old for an hour during a cold day. He LOVED the jungle gym (much more his size than the ones at most parks) and kept asking to go back for weeks. It’s a little pricy if you want to go with more than one adult, in my opinion. If adults were slightly less expensive I’d get coffee with a girlfriend here more often. As an indoor activity for just one adult and young and kiddo it’s great. Will definitely be going back.“
“Perfect place for studying or a nice work day. The food was delish and I forgot to take a picture lol. Overall great experience.I dropped my drink and was ready to play for another, but she let me have another for free. Thanks for that!Vegetarian options: Aged cheddarDietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“Rose Cafe in Town it is rare to find such a beautiful place, relaxing and tasty food. My husband and I go there for a date as it is not only food but the vibe is needed after a busy and hectic day. Yes the items might be more expensive than other places, However we should remember that we are paying for something unique, the place, the food. Highly recommended for relaxing and good food . Respectfully.“
“If you’re in KW, you should come visit this café. If you don’t live in KW, I would still recommend coming to this café :)I don’t usually leave reviews but I think it would be a shame to not share how much I love this café.I was looking for a place to study today and came in for a coffee. Not only was the cappuccino excellent, but you could see how this café wasn’t only a business but an integral part of the community. The family who owns it is so wonderful — I’m not sure how long I stayed for but it must’ve been at least 2 hours because we started to talk and it was so lovely. There was a sincere kindness and love that radiated from here and it was clear that many others felt this way as people would come in to grab a drink and chat with the owner about their life. It was honestly insane. I’m grateful to have stumbled upon this place and meet a new friend“
“The atmosphere is perfect for a brunch spot. Food is always delicious. I've tried a number of menu items and I've enjoyed everything. Service is slow. We waited about 55 minutes for our food, but it looked like everyone was waiting for a while. Their house balsamic dressing is fantastic!“
