The Pita Factories (all locations collectively) are a gift to the region. I remember my first time — it was a newly-opened Pita Factory on Northfield Dr, and my colleagues were taking me there at my first full-time job. Beautiful pitas stuffed full of fresh lettuce and chicken (sometimes two chickens!), poutines overflowing with gravy… at least once a week for over a year I went there. Always amazing food, my favourite is the chicken pita. The staff provide great service, and are always knowledgeable on what is good to try. Had a young man tonight even try to help me figure out the sauces I had previously to recreat the same flavors. The best pita place!
