Subs here are good but, I find they do not give much lettuce anymore. I like other toppings so it helps, but my Son doesn't put much on his sub besides lettuce, cucumber and hot pepper and there is barely any lettuce. I'm also not a fan of the new preset menu with the fancy subs where they are charging quite a bit more. Went to Subway on Pioneer in Kitchener today. Had a LAUNDRY list of subs and salads for my wife, mom, and twin 2 year old nephews. I was greeted by the manager (super great guy) and he made this complicated order sooooo easy. Very kind, attentive, super focused on me and my ridiculous order. He was so professional that he even asked me, who is lactose intolerant if he would like me for him to change his gloves before making my sub after handling cheese. Class act.
