I had a bad experience here just few minutes ago. I ordered 3 medium coffees 1 medium steeped tea and a hot chocolate. Other than the hot chocolate rest of all the drinks were cold. I returned to dt again and complained the guy who was there at that time was so nice and apologized and asked me to drive after 4 minutes so that he can provide fresh coffee. I came after 5 minutes and the lineup for dt was so long. We took 10-12 minutes to get near the speaker. I guess he was the only crew working on that time and was busy . It took almost 10-20 minutes to get the order. I feel so bad for that guy I guess the management should provide more crew so that we don’t wanna these long especially in drive thru

Had a person sleeping off and on in a booth. While not sleeping, causing verbal issues towards others in the restaurant. Should have been asked to leave or assisted leaving.

It is 1:00 a.m. And I can't sleep. And what's the only thing that's open? Tim, Hortons or McDonald's. So I just arrived at this location, my fourth attempted location because every other Tim Hortons is closed. Since when? Since when! So I go through drive through and they won't serve me anything. There is no food to be had except for whatever stale muffin is left. We don't serve food and we don't make food after 11:00 p.m. You can come back after 5:00 a.m. and they will serve breakfast. All we have is drinks.So I drove across town for an overpriced pop I didn't want... to accompany a snack/food that I never got. Not even a bagel. Forget it. Even when you're open and have what I need, you still eff up the order. I'm good.

The service was extremely bad, there were no customers waiting and the cashier seemed to be in a hurry and rushed you to place your order, you didn't feel welcome. I tried to do the survey and my ticket was not accepted in their system. I think they should go back to base or another chain of coffee shops with better coffee and better service will be coming soon.

Quality of food at this location has plumitted in the last few years.. for example i ordered a turkey bacon club today , recieved a stale bun, asked to have a fresh bun with my sandwich, recieved another stale bun.. does anyone check on the quality of the food being served here .. wont be

If you ever want to go there for donuts go early otherwise after a certain time they don't make any more and they just have what they have on hand and selection is few and far between.

Everything is usually as normal/expected - except they like to pretend the drive thru is a Nascar pit crew. This isn't entirely a bad thing and perhaps it only being during the morning rush, but on one hand it's a miraculous demonstration of speed and performance, and on the other hand I would like to not be treated like a slab of meat being churned through the factory. You barely have enough time to get your wallet and food settled before you're rushed through. Again, not entirely a bad thing, just found it comical.
