The service was extremely bad, there were no customers waiting and the cashier seemed to be in a hurry and rushed you to place your order, you didn't feel welcome. I tried to do the survey and my ticket was not accepted in their system. I think they should go back to base or another chain of coffee shops with better coffee and better service will be coming soon.
If you ever want to go there for donuts go early otherwise after a certain time they don't make any more and they just have what they have on hand and selection is few and far between.

It is 1:00 a.m. And I can't sleep. And what's the only thing that's open? Tim, Hortons or McDonald's. So I just arrived at this location, my fourth attempted location because every other Tim Hortons is closed. Since when? Since when! So I go through drive through and they won't serve me anything. There is no food to be had except for whatever stale muffin is left.
