I take that back. Can't even get a one coffee order right. If I order dark roast why do you keep giving me regular? Gonna start returning it. I'm not paying to not get what I ordered and I know what a dark roast taste like. Your regular from here is nothing but creme and sugar if you order a double double it's like there's 10 creme and 5 sugar.

There ok, Just the only thing I will complain about is how the parking lot entrance to Kinzie get ridiculous. On busy times. The traffic get really bad Because the long line up for the drive threw gose over in the Kinzie Ave and cause blockage.

Possibly the worst drive thru in the region. I mean every tim hortons is getting worse and worse but this one is bad. You can't even get a simple coffee order right. I don't know why I keep wasting my money here just to get my order wrong again. It's actually pretty brutal. It's not hard to make a double double. I honestly don't mean to be rude but do they not understand English or are they just slow.?

Very upseting going throw drive throw this morning when I got told to hurry because they had a line up of car behind yet they where only 3 cars behind me then they told me to wait in the parking lot for my food where I had to physically come out and into the store because they had my order sitting on the counter they where trying to clear there drive throw first before giving me my food, by far the worse customer service. Still can't believe this happened

3am.Came to drive through. Got greeted with "hl", ordered a coffee, asked if there was any food that was available. Response was "sory?" Repeated myself more clearly due to some headsets and background noise could make it hard to hear. Response way "com up". Never got any answer about food.At the window got told "breakfast after 4pm"Now I am literally eating this coffee. It's absolutely full of coffee grinds. Absolutely mind blowing.I used to work at this location 20 years ago, and I was told to pick cigarette butts from the ground with my hands, no gloves were given. Also wonderful owner told me that customer is always right and if they call me "a***le" I have to reply with "thank you customer"WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?????

Extremely unprofessional, specifically an employee named Melissa. This is NOT the way to run a Tim Hortons. The inside of the Tims is basically falling apart and is in desperate need of renovation. Most of the newer employees are not properly trained AT ALL and constantly are messing up orders, over and over again. This is not blaming the employees, it is blaming management who cannot provide the training that is needed to do the job properly, and hiring literally anyone who applies. Management is constantly blaming employees for the downfall of this store, when it’s the management who should definitely take some responsibility for the way the store is run. This Tim Hortons used to be a place where families could meet up and share a coffee and donut together, but now it’s a stressful, crack-addict filled dump. Another issue I have with this Tim Hortons is the way the people who clearly have drug issues are dealt with, I am not talking about someone with an addiction who just wants a coffee, I mean ones who leave needles on the ground in the bathroom, fixing the lock situation is doing absolutely nothing when you’re still letting them in, except now you just see who you’re unlocking it for? I don’t understand, although the neighbourhood and area might not be the best, for this Tim Hortons to stay profitable you need to create a better and safer environment for all, rather than blaming the employees for this Tims not being profitable. Again, do NOT come to this Tim Hortons unless you want your food and drinks to be rushed, do not blame the employees as their just as annoyed, but blame management who can’t even fill your ice coffee all the way up. That’s right, if you ask for less ice expect your drink to be half empty.. a friend of mine asked for her LARGE ice coffee to be with half ice (as the ice typically takes up half the drink), and was given her drink the size of a medium. I don’t understand, so if we want to get the most out of our drink it’s a problem, rather than being scammed? There is so much wrong with this Tim Hortons, management, the inside of the store, the unprofessionalism is insane, the way Melissa deals with employees, customers, and overall problems is terrible and not who should be running a store. I hope someone who can actually fix this store reads this review, and instead of ignoring it like the rest of the problems, actually does something about it.

I understand people make mistakes and nobody is perfect but I feel that what happened to me is something that should be addressed so the staff knows it's okay to ask for help if they don't know and there's nothing wrong with not knowing something right away. I ordered a London fog and I noticed something odd when she handed it to me. She said she forgot to grab a tea bag and that seemed off to me. When I tasted my drink I noticed what she did was that she made me a large cappuccino and put an earl grey tea bag in it. Interesting choice but not my cup of tea. ? This is also my lesson to check the drink right away when I get it.A friendly PSA to staff: double check your orders, take your time and know that it is okay to ask questions and for clarification even if you've already asked because we will rather wait a few extra minutes for you to make us the RIGHT drink than to get thr WRONG drink right away. Much love though. I know your job is extremely stressful and requires a lot of attention, concentration and patience. We are human and we all make mistakes. ?
