I understand people make mistakes and nobody is perfect but I feel that what happened to me is something that should be addressed so the staff knows it's okay to ask for help if they don't know and there's nothing wrong with not knowing something right away. Standard tim Hortons. Was forgotten about and had to wait 10 mins before I was asked what I ordered. (A medium refresher). No sorry, no coupon, no size up. Brutal service, average Tim's food and drinks, average atmosphere.

There ok, Just the only thing I will complain about is how the parking lot entrance to Kinzie get ridiculous. On busy times. The traffic get really bad Because the long line up for the drive threw gose over in the Kinzie Ave and cause blockage.
