If you go by car, the service is fast and efficient, but if you decide to dine in, oh God! You need to hire more people! I waited 30 minutes for a wrap and a double double. That's insane. The queue was out of the world. Again, the car service that's fine is awesome 5 out of 5, but the restaurant dine in experience is a mess. There are a lot of people looking for jobs all over Canada, so I'm pretty sure you have plenty of resumes in your Headquarters office. Thanks

We requested an Avocado Egg, Lettuce & Tomato on Everything Bagel. We only got Egg & Cheese. We returned to get our correct order, the second time they forgot to add Tomato. We had to return twice to get our correct order. And on top of that, the staff blamed us that we did not order correctly. It was not the first time I was ordering this. Tim Hortons is losing its loyal customer base because of such actions. They didn’t even apologise!!!!

This afternoon I ordered 10 timbits & a hot drink. A lady working at the location gave me only 8 timbits. I immediately discovered & approached her. She didn't even care about her actions. Instead, she argued saying that such things could happen. I felt very bad as she wasn't sincere.

This has to be one of the fastest drive thru windows in KW !! My order is always right and the food is fresh. Also I find this location has a better variety of Timbits which you would think all locations would be the same but here I always get the white filled and chocolate with coconut added in the variety packs.

I frequent this location, and lately, I've seen a dip in the level of service. During my most recent visit, I encountered an issue where I was charged for an item that had an ingredient that was unfortunately out of stock. While the staff was accommodating in suggesting a substitute, I requested a refund instead. It took multiple requests for a refund, and the employee's demeanor left much to be desired. I'm pretty disappointed.

Mopar Fest

I have used this Tim Hortons several times now. Each time the experience has gotten worse. They forget part of my order or mix it up completely from what I had asked for. One time I asked for tea. I took a sip and they has filled it with coffee and added a tea bag. My order yesterday was missing one of mybreakfast sandwiches. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL USE THIS TIM HORTONS.

This location has gone downhill so quickly. Just in the past couple of weeks I have had my coffee nearly spilled all over my lap in the drive thru because the employee was not paying attention to what she was doing. Today I was the only customer in the drive thru and the woman wasn’t even listening to my order because she was talking with coworkers WHILE TAKING THE ORDER. The lack of care even on a human level is absurd. I have watched this locations employees be incredibly rude to other customers, ignore people right in front of them, and even laugh at customers. Quite frankly this level of disrespect and rudeness is outrageous. You are there to do a job, if you can’t do it, leave. And stop literally putting people at risk because you can’t even pay attention to something like HANDING SOMEONE A HOT COFFEE. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.

Every morning, I get my coffee from here. But they don't go with the ratio of the sugar and cream. sometimes, it is way too sweet or has no sugar at allKid-friendliness: More kids sandwiches

Waited 30 minutes for my “lost order”, ordered 2 wraps and 3 coffee's inside. I had to talk to a manager after waiting 20 minutes for my food, there were 14 people inside waiting for over 15 minutes each. Everyone could see all the cars driving through and getting their food within minutes. After complaining to the manager she decided to hang out on the side and leisurely have a chat with a staff member… very poorly managed Tim Hortons. Don’t waste your time, especially when you open your food to a ripped wrap.
