Too rude behaviour by Paramjeet, I just asked him to microwave my Pastry in a polite manner. But rather than replying in a good manner he just bursted out with the attitude or the frustration on us !!

I had been in KW for the week visiting from the GTA and been to this location twice this week. Cathy's wonderful customer service was over the top, always so cheerful and very friendly. Keep up the great work ethic Cathy. Service with a smile is always guaranteed at this Tim's ? location!
