I had been in KW for the week visiting from the GTA and been to this location twice this week. Cathy's wonderful customer service was over the top, always so cheerful and very friendly. Keep up the great work ethic Cathy. Service with a smile is always guaranteed at this Tim's ? location!
Customer service is very bad… the lady that took our order charged us for the wrong thing and then called us back 5 mins later to charge us the correct amount. She didn’t even apologize for the mistake SHE made.
