I could not understood policy for this tim horton location. I actually wanted to use the washroom first about 9pm and one asian girl said we about to close and, if i use washroom other people will also use it. I could not understood her statement. If it is only for staff then mention it there, if simething wrong or out of order, menrion there. So this is not the service tim provide to customer. I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons with this store. After placing my order, I waited for 5 minutes without receiving it. The staff initially denied any mistake and were quite rude. It was only when they checked that they realized my order hadn't been served, and my pastry was left unattended for 5 minutes. Overall, it was an unpleasant visit, and I didn't enjoy my time at the store.
