I could not understood policy for this tim horton location. I actually wanted to use the washroom first about 9pm and one asian girl said we about to close and, if i use washroom other people will also use it. I could not understood her statement. If it is only for staff then mention it there, if simething wrong or out of order, menrion there. So this is not the service tim provide to customer. Even i saw the closing time for this location was 10pm. Is there any body or supervisor who could ask her or reply here...

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons with this store. After placing my order, I waited for 5 minutes without receiving it. The staff initially denied any mistake and were quite rude. It was only when they checked that they realized my order hadn't been served, and my pastry was left unattended for 5 minutes. Overall, it was an unpleasant visit, and I didn't enjoy my time at the store.

Rudest managers I've ever seen one in there. The other night in my work uniform bought Got a tea Ask use the washroom and then. The manager insisted that I emptied all my pockets out to make sure I wasn't going to Do drugs and I looked at her and said. I'm in my full uniform for work I am Working my company vehicle was sitting outside. Would not be going back to this Tim Horton's ever again. They should be ashamed of asking people to empty are pockets

It was drive through ..would Hortons please put a roof over the drive through at the pick up window, so the rain and snow doesn't come in the car window...would also keep the weather out of the pick up window

This is the worst Tim Hortons. Worst customer service. Rude staff. Severely understaffed. Waited in line 1/2 hour and there was only one group of people in front of us. Cashier said not my problem I’m not management. Her name was Anne. Took her 10 minutes to make 2 pumpkin spice lattes. She was telling customers she didn’t care that she works at her own pace. Won’t go back there.
