I just wanted to buy a coffee with an offer, I asked about the offer and the staff said " I don't know about offer" . They don't even know how to handle the customers, She was giving rude replies. And she is the manager. I am totally disappointed with the service of this this store.

This location is the worst. Literally every time I go to get a bagel here they don’t have any. Do they only make them once a day and then if they run out they don’t make any more? It’s so odd to me. The staff seems nice enough.

Every time I go to this location I rarely have good quality service or products. Whenever I ask for my bagel to be double toasted, it's barely toasted at all. Today I ordered a bagel belt and it's so dry. No butter or mayo, just everything quickly slapped together. The woman who works the early morning shift during the week is always so rushed, which I feel to be quite rude. She shoves things at you, speaks quickly and rushes you off. It's never a warm "hello" or "good morning", but rather "here you go, cash or debit?" Not sure if the goal is just to have good drive thru times, but I can honestly say this is my least favourite location in the city.

Not happy with the service. Ordered many items worth 50 dollars. Asked for an extra small cup as the coffee was too hot. They told me that you have to pay 10 cents to get an extra cup. I saw many times they simply threw away cups.

Who ever the older lady is with short hair working the drive through needs to slow down and get re trained. She's so focused on getting good drive through times she does not care about the customers. Working that fast making us stressed out to get our things ready so fast actually messes up our order everytime and forgets an item. Someone needs to talk to her she is disrespectful.

There’s one lady who works here who is so focused on making sure they have good drive thru times that she completely doesn’t care about customer service… Every time I’ve gone she’s rushing us to pay and being rude if we’re too slow but her rushing doesn’t help with that either. Today I was really annoyed because she was so worried about getting us out of the drive thru she gave us the incorrect amount of change (shorted us). Safe to say I’ll drive out of my way to the tim’s on homer watson instead of returning here.

This place is crowded,I almost suffered a clastrophobia attac. There is something I notice. Manager have to do something about. The staff on this place make order for free for their friends that are waiting outside without making the line. And the bathroom in this place has no way than a disable person can use. And it's disgusting dirty and smelly as a public bathroom in Cuba.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no way for a person in a wheelchair can use the bathroom in this place.
