It's a coffee place where I buy a small regular on Saturday, because it goes with the well baked donut I get from the zehrs (baked on site), and there is plenty of room to sit while I read my ebook and enjoy my weekly donut.
The behind the counter staff was taken to task by Karen, who did insist and ultimately speak with the manager. All over a bit of overdone bagel (the food prep gal scraped some darker crumbs off). Kudos to the team for handling it well and to the manager/owner for stepping up. My bagel was just fine. Lol.

This location is the worst. Literally every time I go to get a bagel here they don’t have any. Do they only make them once a day and then if they run out they don’t make any more? It’s so odd to me. The staff seems nice enough.
