I have good experience all over whenever i visit there. I really appreciate the girl working in the afternoon around 5 ft 6 little bit chubby. i couldn't get the name coz of the way she is running back and forth to make drinks and food same time. But yhe disappointed when i hear weird names or see them on kiosk display screen such as mahesh dalla, ben dover etc. Felt bad for employees who have to go through all this. The worst experience till now is the staff is so untrained they don't even know how to talk I would like to share that today I did an order for 20$ in which there were 2 drinks a bagel and a farmers wrap I got the drinks but after waiting for 10 mins I asked the worker where is my food she said what's your name show me the id. I asked why I will show the ID I shared the transaction and said why will I pay 20$ for these 2 drinks give my food to me Don't wats my time then the assistant...read full review

I came in to pick up an order from an app ( too good to go). It was my first time so I was not sure where to go. The place was busy. I waited to talk to the cashier. She was friendly and polite. She made sure they got my order ready and directed me where I could wait.They handed me my order and showed me what to do on the app to pick it up.The entire process was only about 5 minutes, even though they were so busy.I was very satisfied with the process
