I came in to pick up an order from an app ( too good to go). It was my first time so I was not sure where to go. The place was busy. I waited to talk to the cashier. She was friendly and polite. She made sure they got my order ready and directed me where I could wait.They handed me my order and showed me what to do on the app to pick it up.The entire process was only about 5 minutes, even though they were so busy.I was very satisfied with the process

This location is the worst. Regardless if there is a line up out the door they only allow 1 employee to work the front. If u order food at the restaurant u are waiting 15 minutes until she clears the line. I had to finally tell her I was going to miss my bis. And I almost did which would cost me about $25. So today I ordered food on the app and same thing. I arrived 10 minutes after ordering and she still hadn't started it. She continued taking 3 more customers until acknowledging me. And then finished off a customer before making mine. The point of the app is to save time. I didn't save time at all. In fact again I almost missed the bus. I had 1 minute before it arrived. U need at least 2 people at the front. The line up is crazy and I don't blame the girl 1 bit but I do blame the company. U have 2 people in the back talking and laughing while 1 poor girl is to do everything out front. In addition this location is terrible for lots of homeless people hanging around that I don't feel safe sometimes. Get that employee some help. Good grief. Mobile orders should be at least in the process in 10 minutes. No excuse. No point in using the app of u won't abide by it.Edit: The link Tim Hortons sent in their reply does not search for the store and it is mandatory in order to make a complaint and so there is no help. Unable to make a complaint when their website won't work. Which isn't surprising. KFC has the same thing. Say they are doing something in a reply to look good but in actuality you are unable to do anything about it so the issues remain. It's evident in all the bad reviews the service, and speed, and cleanliness are the issues. Which won't be addressed. They have been going on since it opened and it's still going on.

Extremely bad service. Specifically Rashmit and the Manager girl who works there. Both need to mind their own business. Can't even get a single order correct. Better kick them out. Never Visiting again and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

She made my coffee then left it behind the counter while she made someone else's food. Then gave that person their food and gave me the coffee, the only thing I ordered 10 min later. Was just done sitting there and she had me waiting for no reason.

Love the workers and the drinks are mint. I can't recommend eating food here, if you want dried out rock solid food then definitely this is the place for you.
