Came in for breakfast , a little off our standard route so not our normal Tim Hortons. Susan took our order and she was so so wonderful, a breath of fresh air and so sweet but not over the top. Really brightened up my morning.
The staff are friendly enough. The store unfortunately needs to lock their bathrooms due to the street people - homeless people doing terrible things inside them. The staff member was very quick to come and unlock it for me....but the counter was not busy.Once again, I am faced with the choice of paying too much for the specialty cookie because this store doesn't have normal cookies available. Either stock both types properly or remove the model/type of cookie you are not going...read full review

I’m not sure was happened to this location. Been coming here for years. The drive thru in the last 2 months has been so slow it’s unbearable. Not opening the 2nd lane til 8am while cars back up on street or spending 10+ mins in line. I don’t want to fill out a form or receive a gift card, I just want the new owners to see how a 5+ year customer who works down the street and comes 2-3 times a day and has never wrote a google review in his life now views this location....read full review
