There is too much inconsistency here and it is not food based, but employee based. Sometimes I go in and there are only a handful of more unpopular donuts in stock. I never go in during popular times, so you would assume that product would be reasonably stocked, but it seems to be more miss than hit.Also depending on who is working the drive thru you have to repeat your order multiple times to get it correct. Sometimes it's perfect and other times you're saying the same thing over and over again. If you ask what donuts they have in stock, sometimes they audibly sigh over the intercom at you for inconveniencing them. If I'm getting a dozen donuts I want to make sure I am not getting 6 of one that I don't want because your selection at the moment is poor. That's not unreasonable. Also give me the total before I drive up. I want to be out of there as fast as possible, just like you do. If you tell me in advance what my total will be that saves us both time.

I honestly have mixed feelings about this location. Every time I visit, regardless of what time of the day it is, they seem to be out of an item (even though at the order screen they said they have it). Twice in the past few weeks, I've received the wrong order, but I realized it too late to return it. The food item was fine because I'm not a picky eater, but the beverage I received made me very sick as I'm lactose intolerant and didn't realize the "oat" milk in my coffee was actually milk.? However this location is the closest to me and going to another would be ridiculously out of the way. So I'll continue to take chances on this location, in hopes of it getting better one day. On the plus side, staff are always friendly, so I guess that's one thing they've got going.?

Its not a bad place, but a few times I have come here, and they did not have crispy chicken. This time I went they only had enough for one plate, and the rice that came with it was stale, crispier than stale chips, it is not very nice to eat. (I am talking about crispy chicken habanero loaded bowl by the way). It is just disappointing I guess.

I’m not sure was happened to this location. Been coming here for years. The drive thru in the last 2 months has been so slow it’s unbearable. Not opening the 2nd lane til 8am while cars back up on street or spending 10+ mins in line. I don’t want to fill out a form or receive a gift card, I just want the new owners to see how a 5+ year customer who works down the street and comes 2-3 times a day and has never wrote a google review in his life now views this location. This has to change or you will continue to lose staff and more customers.

Pathetic service, asked for less ice in my large iced coffee, the guy on counter reduced my ice coffee to small instead and gave me a half filled large cup saying it is what it is.Need to learn customer service.

The slowest Tim Hortons known to man. I've been now a few times at different times during the day and are always super slow for both take out and drive through. It's been more than 10 mins and they still have not completed the order.

My recent visit to Tim Hortons left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I ordered my usual staple, a steeped tea triple triple, only to receive a poorly made concoction that fell far short of my expectations. The tea lacked its signature robust flavor, and the cream and sugar were so disproportionate that it was barely palatable.What's more disheartening is that this experience isn't an isolated incident. Every time my friends and I have visited this particular Tim Hortons location, we've been met with delays, mistakes, and outright refusals to accommodate simple modifications to our orders.It's unacceptable that a renowned chain like Tim Hortons fails to maintain consistent quality and service standards across its outlets. As a loyal customer, I expect better. Until Tim Hortons addresses these issues and improves its quality control and customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
