“I have visited countless Tim Hortons in my life, both in Canada and in Niagara Falls NY, but this location, Drive Thru at 329 Kent St. Lindsay is without a doubt the very best I have EVER been to.The staff are super friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. “The ladies make my day every morning, always know me by my order and are super friendly. This is my fave Tim's location. The audacity for people to leave 1 star reviews about $2 beverage mistakes and an un-forseeable circumstance like having no water pressure. Grow up. If you've ever worked at any food service establishment you would know mistakes happen and are easily rectified.“
“Coming to this Tim's is always delightful, I love it when they do small talk while making my coffee it makes it feel like I'm part of the community there and not just grabbing my coffee in silence and leaving. It's a nice part of my day coming and having the workers recognize me, Morgan, Angie, and Colette are some of the people I think of very fondly due to them recognizing me when I come in and creating small talk and just overall creating a warm atmosphere whenever I stop in for a coffee!“

“Pretty nice place overall. Service was friendly and swift. They didn't have four cheese bagels when I went, but I'd assume it was only temporarily. Lots of old people, no one on phones which was nice to see some sense of community. Bathrooms were not very clean, but that's alright.“
